Here's what I'v been running for 2 years now:
AMD 64x2 DUAL Core 6000+ / 3.01Ghz 3Gig Ram Gforce 8800GT I only got about 45 fps on the Beta, so i'm guessing playing the new title is gonna be the same. Is there anything worth looking at to ramp me up to a 100+ fps count? --------------------   .:BOG:. RESISTANCE IS KINKY |

All depends on what cash your willing to spend old bean, maybe look at new g card, ATI Radeon HD 5850 or higher or nvidia 275gtx upwards.

just played single player bfbc2 on my sons amd 6400 3.2 mhz 2gig memory with a ati 4850.works perfect.

Thanks for that Jan. If I can get them for around 80 quid like you say I may be in business. I was considering buying another nvidia, but as you say, running in dual might heat the fuck out of my mobo and powers supply!
